David Roach

Managing Director

Mr David Roach has written extensively on the Southeast Asian, African and Australian resource industries for a leading Western Australian Minerals & Energy Publication. Since 2007, David has served as the Chairman of Oxfam's Western Australian State Committee and led a number of strategic policy reviews. He has also had extensive experience in Timor Leste beginning in 2001. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from the University of Notre Dame, a Post Graduate Certificate in Policy Studies from Murdoch University, and is completing a Masters in International Development at Deakin University, as well as a Diploma in Project Management.

Anders Hofstee

Executive Director

Anders Hofstee has worked extensively as a consultant in the fields of programming and information technology. He has been working on community development programs in Timor-Leste since 2003 and is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame, where he developed and led a student immersion program. Since 2007 Anders has been sponsored by St. John of God Healthcare and serves as the Co-ordinator for the clinic at the St. Bakhita Centre, Eraulu. Anders is also fluent in both Tetum and Mambae.
