Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University in Rhode Island, and an MBA (executive) from the University of Notre Dame.

Matthias James

Project Manager - 'Atauro & Oecusse's Wireless Networks'

Matthias is an experienced consultant working on sustainable development and education projects in Laos, India, Belize and Timor-Leste. Working with the national NGO's Ba Futuru and Roman Luan, he has designed construction, renovation, solar power and other development projects in many areas in Timor, most recently focusing on the island of Atauro. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Biology from Willamette University and is currently returning to university to complete his medical degree.
